Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied, you can return your happybrush free of charge for 100 days, provided you bought it from our shop - otherwise the return policy of the retail partner applies. Of course we will refund the full purchase price. If your device is defective within 1 year, we will replace it..

To return your happybrush to us, please send us an email to support@happybrush.DE. We will take a look at your case and send you a return voucher if you wish.

In the event of a replacement, you will also receive a voucher code for the new order of a free replacement unit.
