SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. SHIPPING COSTS:
Du bestellst bei uns alle Produkte versandkostenfrei ab 25 EUR, unter 25 EUR fallen 3,95 EUR Versandkosten in Deutschland und Österreich an.
2. DELIVERY: Delivery takes approx. 2-3 working days. As soon as your parcel starts its journey, you will receive your personal tracking number. This way you can see where your parcel is at any moment in time.
3. EXCHANGE/ RETURN: If you are not satisfied, you can return your happybrush free of charge for 100 days, provided you bought it in our shop - otherwise the return policy of the retail partner applies. If your happybrush is defective within one year, we will replace your handpiece. If you bought your happybrush in our online shop, you can exchange it within 2 years of purchase.

In our support center you can print out all necessary documents such as your DHL return label. The return is of course free of charge with the DHL label.

Now just put your happybrush toothbrush in its original packaging and into a box.

Stick the DHL shipping label onto the box.

Hand in your parcel free of charge at the nearest post office and keep the receipt with the tracking number. We pay the return costs.

Exchange: We will send you a voucher for our online shop after processing your return.
Right of return: Your money will be refunded automatically after your return has been processed (only applies to purchases in the happybrush webshop).
